Bond Cleaning / End of Lease Cleaning

Q. How can I book my bond clean?

Q. How long does a Bond Clean take?

A. Generally the clean will take between 4-7 hours per home. It depends on the condition of your property as every job has individual and unique requirements.  B’Bright offers a time schedule with all our jobs if you’re worried about the time.

Q. Do you do Carpet Steam Cleaning and Pest Control?

A. Yes, We also offer Carpet Steam Cleaning and Pest Control if it is required. So instead of looking for a separate company, we can do all at a discounted rate.

Q. Will any additional cost occur during the cleaning?

A. As there are various differences in each house such as size, age etc, it really depends on the condition of your property. Keep in mind, we will give you an exact price after an inspection on the day before commencing cleaning. Since you have agreed to the price then we do not charge you extra. We are there for as long as it takes to clean your property, and guarantee our cleans also.

Q. What if your cleaning is not up to the real estate agent or landlord’s standard?

A. We guarantee our clean for a full 7 days. If there is anything we’ve missed or not up to the agent or landlord’s standard, please let us know and we will come back out to the property and rectify it ASAP (normally within 48 hours). So don’t stress over the worries of your bond, let B’Bright’s professionals take care of that for you. That’s our Guarantee.

Q. Do I need to leave the electricity on?

A. Yes. For best results, we will require the electricity on so please remember not to disconnect until we have performed the clean.

Q. I have to be at work on the day of the clean, can you still clean the property?

A. Yes. If you are happy to leave the keys somewhere safe, we can pick them up and leave them in the same spot upon completion. Please note we cannot be liable for the keys in these cases. You can leave them with your real estate agent and we will pick up and return (as long as the real estate is a reasonable distance from the property).

Q.What payment methods do you accept?

A. Payment may be made in cash or via credit card at the beginning of the service. A surcharge will be added to the total amount of payment when using credit or debit card – 2% for Mastercard/Visa and 3% for AMEX/Diners Club. A written guarantee and receipt will be provided upon payment. This is only policy, and we guarantee our services to ensure a full bond refund.

Q. What do I need to do before the cleaners arrive?

A. Please ensure that everything removed from the property before the proposed cleaning date unless it is furnished property.

Q. What happens if something is damaged during the clean?

A. B’Bright is fully insured for your peace of mind. Any damage caused by us will be repaired by a professional. Please note it is policy of ours that we do not clean damaged items. A note will be left with any areas we believe to be damaged.

Q. How much will it cost to get my mattresses cleaned?

A. We are currently offering specials deals for our customers; $90 Any Size Mattress cleaned both sides or $70 per mattress for more than 2 mattresses.
